Be honest with your words, speak only of what you have seen for yourself to those who are equally concerned (John 20:2).
People react or respond based on what they were told, some quickly but others slowly depending on their physical or mental attributes and degree of spirituality (John 20:3-4).
Each person has his own way of digesting information. Some could easilly react or respond but likely to find themselves mistaken due to lack of thorough and comprehensive understanding. Others take a while because of lukewarmness or of being extra sensitive or careful on matters that might affect their current situations in life.
