Days of the Week

Your day is like a blank sheet of paper in your diary. It is white and pure, waiting to be filled with all the good things that will happen to you.

The pen in your hand is Jesus who is the Lord of all your days. The ink that comes out from the pen are your graces, blessings, healing and miracles. . .

MONDAY
It was on the first day of the week when Mary Magdalene discovered the empty tomb of Jesus (John 20:1). This is the day when the world wakes up to a new start of a working week. We should rise up early and seek the Lord for this is the day of resurrecting to a new life with God!

SUNDAY
The sabbath was made for man, not man for the sabbath; so the Son of man is lord even of the sabbath" (Mark 2:28).

All days were made for us by God and through Jesus, He provides for our daily needs. He gives us the freedom to choose on how we want to spend our days. As followers of Jesus, we must at all times be with Him who is the Lord of all our days. Each day must be spent to give glory and praises to the Father who works for good to those who love Him. Whether you are at work, at play, or at rest on any single day, always make it a habit to pray.

Father in heaven, thank you so much for giving me another brand new day.  With joyful hope and expectation for a very fruitful and productive day, I work under your grace for the praise and glory of your Name through Jesus Christ your Son, in whom all good things come!
